Emily received her MPH in Epidemiology and Applied Biostatistics from Claremont Graduate University, where she spent time as a Teaching Assistant and a Randall Lewis Health and Policy Fellow. These experiences solidified her love for higher education and encouraged her to pursue her PhD in Epidemiology with the hopes of working at a university in the future. Her current research focus is environmental exposures and their impact on the musculoskeletal system in humans. Emily is a member of the Delta Omega Honorary Society in Public Health and serves on the board of the Graduate Society for Biostatistics and Epidemiology at USC.
